Why businesses in the UAE work with us

01

English and Arabic, built in

A real bilingual site, not a translation plugin: right-to-left layouts, Arabic type that reads well, and a language switch that keeps the visitor on the same page.

02

WhatsApp-first

In the UAE many customers would rather message than fill a form. We put WhatsApp where it converts and track it as a lead.

03

Premium where it matters

Real estate, hospitality, clinics and retail in the Emirates compete on presentation. Our Arbor concept, set in Dubai, shows a property site built to that standard.

What a site in the UAE has to get right

A starting checklist we build to, not legal advice. Your lawyer has the final word on your own obligations.

  1. 01

    Personal data law

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the PDPL) covers personal data across most of the UAE. Businesses in the DIFC and ADGM follow their own data protection laws. We build privacy notices and consent to suit where you are registered.

  2. 02

    Consent for tracking and marketing

Analytics and ads start switched off until the visitor agrees, and marketing messages need a clear opt-in.

  3. 03

    Arabic content

Some sectors and authorities expect Arabic alongside English. We plan both languages from the start, so neither feels bolted on.

How your customers pay

  • Cards and Apple Pay through Stripe, Checkout.com, Telr or Network International
  • Tabby and Tamara for pay later
  • Cash on delivery flows for e-commerce where it still matters

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly

Can you build a website in English and Arabic?

Yes. We design both languages from the start, with right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and a language switch that keeps the visitor on the same page.

Can customers contact us on WhatsApp from the website?

Yes. We add WhatsApp where it makes sense, prefilled with what the visitor was looking at, and count each tap as a lead in your analytics.

Do you quote in dirhams?

Yes. Quotes and invoices can be in AED.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted individually. Scope ranges from a single landing page to a full platform, and each proposal is prepared around your goals and your market. After a complimentary introductory call, you receive a written scope and a fixed price in your currency, before any work begins.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. The code, domain, hosting and analytics accounts are yours, and everything is handed over at the end.
